History of the Law Firm:
In 1969 Curtis M. Loveless was hired by Denton attorney, Jack Gray, as an associate. In 1970 Mr. Loveless opened his own law office. A partnership with Denton attorney Michael Whitten was formed in 1973. Then in 1975 Curtis Loveless becomes Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In 1976 Curtis Loveless and Michael Whitten join Jack Gray in forming Gray, Whitten and Loveless. Early 1980’s, Jack Gray left the firm to become a district judge. In 1989 Curtis Loveless established the Law Offices of Curtis M. Loveless where in 1999 he was joined by Darcy E. Loveless as an associate. In 2001 the partnership of Loveless and Loveless, Attorneys at Law, L.P. is formed.
